Classes & Workshops
Our Summer 2025 workshops are now open to book. We have a mix of sessions for both beginners & intermediate. Initially we are focusing on painting workshops that will immerse you in the techniques, joy and satisfaction of making art.
Sessions are held on weekday evenings as well weekends daytime. We also take group bookings if you’re thinking to bring your friends along or perhaps an exclusive group booking to celebrate a special occasion. Please fill out the questionnaire if you’d like any further information.
All sessions are held in our beautiful studio at Trinity Buoy Wharf.
Basics of Making Art
Exploring colour and techniques in acrylic paint and ink
This 2 hour session is designed as an easy access introduction to making art. No prior experience is necessary and therefore suitable for beginners.
Alternatively for those already used to making art this is a workshop where you may discover greater insight into colour theory as well as learn new techniques using ink & acrylic paint.
It is a workshop to aimed at unlocking inspiration while at the same time having fun.
All materials are provided and you’ll be able to take your creations home with you.

Quick Intro into Oil Painting
Exploring colour theory using the traditional medium of oil paint. 2 hours session.
This 2 hour session is a very basic introduction in using oil paint as a medium to making art. No prior experience is necessary and therefore suitable for beginners.
Alternatively for those already painting, drawing and making art in other mediums, this is a workshop where you will discover & explore the classic and traditional medium of oil paint.
This workshop uses colour theory as a focus to becoming familiar with the medium of oil paint.
All materials are provided including a 30x30cm stretched canvas and you’ll be able to take your creation home with you.

Deep Dive Intro into Oil Painting
Exploring colour theory using the traditional medium of oil paint.
This workshop is a series of 3 x 2 hour sessions (with an optional 4th session at no extra price) it is a deep dive introduction to the basic principles of using oil paint as a medium to making art. No prior experience is necessary although you may benefit from taking our ‘Quick Intro into Oil Painting’ workshop.
Alternatively for those already painting, drawing and making art in other mediums, this is a workshop where you will discover & explore the classic and traditional medium of oil paint.
This workshop takes you through three primary stages in composing an oil painting:
